Qualifications

• RSA certificate required.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely (hands-on role).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor, connect with guests and ensure memorable visits.
• Share passion for our products and recommend meals or drinks.
• Deliv er top-notch customer service and keep standards high.
• Assist with stock, deliveries, and front-line operations from opening to close.
• Support gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
