You’ll work as part of a friendly team, bringing energy and a can-do attitude while upholding our service standards across shifts. RSA certification and flexible availability are essential for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• RSA certificate required.
• Hospitality/customer service mindset helps.
• Willingness to perform manual handling and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the floor, engage with guests, and ensure memorable visits.
• Recommend meals and drinks to guests to enhance their experience.
• Deliver friendly, high level customer service and create a fun atmosphere.
• Maintain high standards on service from opening to close, ensuring smooth shifts.
