Job summary

Shoalhaven Ex-Services Group in Nowra, NSW is seeking staff to deliver exceptional customer service to visitors and members, processing memberships and taking payments, and up-selling facilities and memberships. The role requires compliance with licensing rules and the ability to handle take-away alcohol purchases.

Successful candidates will meet club licensing requirements, be available for weekends and nights, and complete mandatory checks, including AML and police clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate- Current NSW
• Responsible Conduct of Gaming- Current NSW
• Advanced RCG- Current NSW
• Willing to undertake a Mandatory Anti Money Laundering and Police Check

Responsibilities

• Welcome (meet, greet) and farewell to our members and guests, focusing on creating memorable, signature experiences for every person, every time.
• Processing memberships and taking payments.
• Proactively approaching members and guests to ensure they meet club and licensing requirements, refusal of entry in line with compliance requirements, and documenting refusals.
• Providing information and up-selling of facilities, products and membership to new and existing members.
• Processing take-away alcohol purchases.
• Ability to work weekends and nights
