House Made Hospitality seeks a dynamic Host to join our team across two venues at Hinchcliff House, Grana and Lana. This casual, temporary role offers frontline guest service in a fast-paced, vibrant environment with a warm, engaging approach.

Ideal candidates have RSA, prior hospitality host experience, strong appearance standards, and flexibility for weekdays and weekends in Sydney. Grow with a team known for excellence and professional development.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.
• Strong personal presentation and professional appearance.
• Flexible with weekday and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, seat and assist as needed, and coordinate with front-of-house staff.
• Take orders, relay requests to service team, and ensure timely delivery of beverages and food.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with colleagues across venues Grana and Lana.
• Support venue operations across Hinchcliff House and ensure guest satisfaction.
