Job summary

Evt is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service in our Brisbane venue. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and ensure orders are prepared and served accurately while adhering to safety standards.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, and training on wine and cocktails will be provided to expand your knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, provide menus.
• Take orders accurately and note dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and present them correctly.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to relay orders.
• Handle payments and process bills.
• Upsell and promote menu items.
