Job summary

Skechers Australia/New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager for our Echuca Outlet store in Victoria. You will lead a passionate team, focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while upholding Skechers’ brand standards.

You will coach and develop your team, supervise daily store operations, and partner with retail leadership to grow the Skechers brand across Australia & New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or senior leader.
• Ability to drive sales and coach a team.
• Strong operational standards including VM and stock control.
• Growth mindset and alignment with store leadership goals.
• Autonomy to make in-store decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own whole-store performance, drive sales, customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the shop floor.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, wage control, stock accuracy.
