Job summary

Safewill is transforming estate planning with accessible technology. We’re seeking a Growth & Operations Manager to help turn ambitious ideas into measurable results and to make better decisions.

You’ll own initiatives across Growth, Enterprise, Product or Executive teams, analyse data, build business cases, forecasts and recommendations, and lead cross-functional execution to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech is a plus.

As Safewill grows, the opportunities in front of us are becoming larger and more complex. We’re looking for a Growth & Operations Manager to help us make better decisions and turn ambitious ideas into measurable results.

This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable analysing data, shaping strategy and getting into the detail of execution.

Depending on the most important priorities facing the business, you might work closely with our Enterprise, Growth, Product or Executive teams. Your focus may change over time, but your purpose will remain consistent: identify where Safewill can create the greatest value and help deliver it.

Your Story With Us

You are a structured thinker who enjoys solving difficult problems.

You can quickly understand a new area, identify what matters and develop a practical way forward. You are comfortable working with incomplete information, collaborating across teams and moving between analysis and hands-on delivery.

You may have developed these skills in strategy consulting, investment banking, a high-growth technology company, a commercial strategy team or an operational leadership role.

What You’ll Own

• Work with leaders across Safewill to identify the opportunities and challenges that matter most.

• Bring structure to ambiguous questions and clarify the decisions that need to be made.

• Analyse customer, commercial and operational data to develop clear insights.

• Build business cases, forecasts and recommendations that explain the options and trade-offs.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from decision through to implementation.

• Set clear plans, responsibilities, milestones and measures of success.

• Keep work moving by resolving blockers and stepping into execution where needed.

Your work may span Growth, Enterprise, Product or company-wide priorities, depending on where you can create the greatest impact.

What You’ll Bring

You may be a strategy consultant ready to move closer to execution, an operator from a high-growth technology company, or someone who has built equivalent experience in a small, high-performing team.

You’re someone who does not treat strategy as a presentation or analysis as the final output. You want to understand the problem, use data to form a view and stay involved until the work delivers a result. You think carefully about commercial value, customer impact and what it will take to make an idea work in practice.

We're likely to be a fit if you:

• Have experience solving complex commercial, strategic or operational problems.

• Are confident using spreadsheets and financial models, as well as SQL or other data tools, to explore data and generate insights independently.

• Have a track record of turning analysis into practical recommendations and delivered outcomes.

• Bring sound commercial judgement and understand how businesses create value.

• Can communicate complex ideas clearly and build alignment across functions and levels of seniority.

• Bring intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.

You do not need to arrive with deep expertise in estate planning or end-of-life services. You do need to be able to learn a new market quickly, ask thoughtful questions and develop an informed point of view.
