KBA Accountants in Maroochydore is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our team. You will work across a varied portfolio of clients and get exposure to work beyond standard compliance.

Your responsibilities include preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts, and communicating with clients to build strong relationships. Mentoring from partners and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in tax compliance in public practice.
• Hands-on with XPM and Xero in client work.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Experience with FYI Docs and MYOB.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for individuals and entities.
• Communicate with clients and build strong relationships.
• Assist partners with tax planning and advisory work.
