Job summary

Carma is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to identify and scale new acquisition channels, maximise organic search performance and build CRM and lifecycle programs across its marketplace.

You will own the organic growth strategy, drive lifecycle marketing, and lead product marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives to deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a fast‑moving automotive marketplace.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally within a fast‑paced ecommerce or marketplace business.
• Strong SEO expertise, including technical SEO, content optimisation and site architecture, plus AEO and AI‑driven search.
• Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing experience with audience segmentation and automation.
• Product marketing experience with clear positioning and go‑to‑market skills.
• Data‑driven with strong analytics and a passion for experimentation and optimisation.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, GTM, Meta and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify, test and scale new non‑paid acquisition channels to drive qualified leads across buyer and seller sides.
• Develop a structured test‑and‑learn approach with clear hypotheses, metrics and rapid cycles.
• Build business cases for scaling channels and optimise investment with the digital performance team.
• Own Carma’s organic growth strategy across SEO and AEO to improve visibility and traffic.
• Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing, developing audience segmentation and nurture programs.
• Lead product marketing and go‑to‑market strategies for Retail and Sell‑to propositions.
