We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Creative Strategy to lead the creative engine behind customer growth and set the direction for acquisition across channels.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in marketing and media, with client-side and/or agency exposure.
Strong track record briefing and managing creative and media agencies.
Analytical skills for data-driven planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Turn acquisition objectives into creative strategies and campaigns that win new customers.
Set creative direction across channels using audience insight and performance data.
Build and run a structured creative testing program spanning concepts, messages, and formats.
Lead the overarching marketing plan, coordinating brand, acquisition, content, CRM and partnerships.
Oversee ATL media plans and collaborate with a media agency to align spend with growth.
