Quantium is seeking an Executive Manager, Growth to lead a portfolio of client relationships and engagements from initial conversation to on-ground results. This revenue-generating leadership role focuses on GenAI-enabled transformation strategy, business case development, and delivering multi-engagement programs with accountability for client outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years at a leading strategy, management or professional services firm with revenue accountability.
• Proven track record of originating and winning competitive work with named engagements and values.

Responsibilities

• Originate and win transformation work across existing accounts and new client relationships.
• Lead executive workshops and shape commercial cases that earn board approval.
• Own the design and delivery of business-critical solutions across multiple engagements, ensuring client outcomes and profitability.
• Lead hybrid teams of strategists, data scientists and delivery professionals.
• Grow the portfolio through expansion opportunities within client base.
