Job summary

Freedom Finance Australia is a Victorian-based financial services company with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and regions of Victoria and NSW. The role involves providing financial advice to new and existing clients, building long-term relationships and meeting regulatory standards in a compliant process.

You will work to grow the client base, deliver tailored advice across investments, superannuation and insurance, and ensure excellent client experiences while achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• ASIC Approved Qualification in Financial Planning.
• 1 to 5 years' experience within the Financial Services industry.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client book of business, providing high-quality financial advice and services.
• Drive and initiative to deliver on set goals and key performance areas.
• Cultivate cross sales and business development opportunities.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their financial objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of superannuation and insurance products.
• Maintain an impeccable compliance record and engage with all compliance processes and procedures.
• Deal with complexity and demonstrate appropriate problem-solving skills.
• Manage ongoing change and engage all stakeholders.
