Job summary

Think & Grow is seeking a hands-on Social, Community & Events Lead to turn our network into a consistently active, lead-generating engine across AU, UK and US. You’ll own the content calendar, run LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and manage in-person and webinar events with a clear follow-up funnel.

You have 3+ years in a hands-on social, community or events role in B2B tech or professional services, and you can shoot, edit and turn founder moments into compelling content while driving

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a hands-on social, community, or events role in B2B tech or professional services.
• Ability to shoot, edit, and turn founder content into engaging material.
• Proven track record turning activities into measurable leads and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own a lead-generating events calendar - in-person across AU and webinars for AU, UK and US.
• Run Think & Grow's LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube; reignite presence; TikTok on the horizon.
• Create original content: photos, video, editing, founder content from events and day-to-day.
• Own and activate conversations: replies, threads, DMs, and relationships that turn followers into contacts.
• Track lead capture and engagement; collaborate with marketing and sales to route leads.
