Job summary

HCLTech in Melbourne seeks an experienced QA Automation Architect to design and implement advanced automation solutions. You will bridge client needs with business goals, craft scalable frameworks, and lead a high-performing team to deliver reliable web, mobile, and API automation.

You will work with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, and CI/CD tools to ensure quality and governance, while staying current with industry best practices and technology trends.

Qualifications

Expertise in building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
Strong hands-on experience with QA Automation Architecture and design patterns.
Experience with web, mobile, and API automation across platforms.

Responsibilities

Bridge client needs with business goals by gathering requirements and driving implementations.
Lead architecture, design, and development of automation solutions with a high-performing team.
Ensure solution quality through governance, standards, and up-to-date technologies.
Review architecture and design deliverables to ensure industry best practices are followed.
Train and develop teams to maintain automation delivery risk control.
