Job summary

Large multinational consumer services business is seeking a Group Senior Financial Accountant on a 6-month maternity cover contract. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, you will manage group statutory reporting and budgeting while supporting executive decision-making.

The role requires CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years' experience in a large firm or complex commercial setting, plus strong communication and technical accounting skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 years' experience in a large chartered firm or a complex commercial organisation.
• Demonstrates strong technical accounting skills and clear communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Monthly group consolidated statutory financial reporting.
• Assist the Senior Finance Manager with the group annual budgeting process.
• Prepare stand-alone based group entities' statutory financial statements.
• Group-wide ledger close for all regions and system integration/forecast rollover.
• Provide financial/commercial support to executive members.
• Prepare shareholder reporting information.

• Monthly group consolidated statutory financial reporting
• Assist the Senior Finance Manager with the group annual budgeting process
• Preparation of stand alone based group entities' statutory financial statements
• Group wide ledger close for all regions and system integration/ forecast roll over process
• Providing financial/ commercial support to executive members
• Preparation of shareholder reporting information

For you to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 years' experience inside a large chartered firm (open on business services or audit) or complex commercial organisation. You will also need to be a fantastic communicator, possess strong technical skills and work well inside a team oriented environment.
