Professional Search Group seeks a Senior Accountant for its Perth-based finance team. You will support a portfolio of ~10 entities, driving financial control, compliance and reporting to help the group scale.

Key duties include leading month-end close, preparing variance analyses and managing statutory obligations with Oracle NetSuite. CPA/CA qualification and Big 4 training are valued in a collaborative finance environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or near completion required.
• Experience with multi-entity/group structures is essential.
• Strong grounding in compliance, tax and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing external audits and year-end processes.
• Big 4 or mid-tier training highly regarded.
• Oracle NetSuite experience is advantageous.

The Opportunity

A high-growth, multi-entity group is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Perth-based finance team.

Supporting a portfolio of ~10 entities, this role sits within a collaborative team of 6–7 and will play a key role in financial control, compliance, and reporting as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close across multiple entities
• Prepare management reports and variance analysis (Oracle NetSuite)
• Manage BAS, FBT and statutory compliance obligations
• Partner with external auditors through year-end and audit cycles
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business partner with operational stakeholders across the group
• Drive process improvements, controls and reporting enhancements

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Proven experience across multi-entity/group structures
• Strong technical grounding in compliance, tax and statutory reporting
• Experience managing external audits
• Big 4 or mid-tier training highly regarded
• Exposure to Oracle NetSuite advantageous
• Background in engineering, construction or project environments a plus
