About the opportunity
  • 14 Month Maternity Leave Cover (until the end of January 2027)
  • Based in the Adelaide CBD

As the Group Sales Leader of Direct, Boutique and Independent agency clients, you’ll step into a pivotal leadership role within the oOh!media South Australian team, driving revenue growth, building customer success, leading a high-performing and award winning team to deliver outstanding results.

This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of media innovation, guiding a team of Senior/Business Executives to achieve big outcomes while inspiring a culture of accountability, collaboration and transformation.

Key responsibilities and experience
  • Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Account Management function with prior media and leadership experience. OOH background is preferred but not essential!
  • Lead and coach a dynamic sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and position oOh! as their go-to media partner.
  • Translate national strategy into local action – driving patch planning, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
  • Champion a data-driven sales culture – embedding disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
  • Inspire, develop and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of performance, growth and belonging.
  • You will also have:
