Who Group is seeking an exceptional Group Payroll Manager to lead a large payroll team across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll while driving improvements to services and efficiencies in a dynamic, long-standing Australian business.

You will translate enterprise strategy into a payroll roadmap, lead change projects, and collaborate on technology implementations and operating model redesign. Experience across large scale environments is essential.

This role represents an outstanding opportunity to further your career within an exceptional business that truly values its people. As Group Payroll Manger you will lead a large team to provide accurate, compliant payroll while continuously striving to implement improved services and efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have a successful track record overseeing the Payroll function within large scale, complex, operating environments. You will have led teams across multiple entities in various geographical locations working with multiple agreements, payroll systems and diverse employment arrangements. In addition you will be an agent of change who can translate the enterprise strategy into a payroll function roadmap with clear priorities, owners and milestones. You will have the ability to work collaboratively to deliver change and transformation projects, technology implementation and operating model redesign. You are an accomplished leader who has the gravitas and communication skills to influence and successfully lead people.

Previous experience in Construction, Rail, Transport, Utilities, Infrastructure or Healthcare sectors will be highly regarded.
