Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Group Product Manager - Payments in Australia. You will lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for payment switching, settlement, reconciliation, and terminal solutions, guiding three Product Managers and coordinating with Retail Payment Solutions, technology, and external partners.

You will shape requirements, value propositions, and outcomes at scale, while partnering with senior stakeholders and governance forums to drive commercial decisions and vendor

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience in payments across end-to-end value chain
• Experience with payments services, cards or broader financial services
• Strong end-to-end portfolio management and product evolution
• Proven ability to develop and own product strategies and backlogs
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs across Core products
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, schemes, and vendors
• Translate customer needs and market trends into compelling requirements
• Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to drive initiatives in Agile environments
• Support budgeting, business cases, and vendor management including P&L considerations
• Lead and develop Product Managers to foster clarity and accountability
