Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility to apply: Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent resident at time of application.
• Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or due to complete by program start.

Responsibilities

• Develop into a modern marketer with exposure across creativity, media, strategy and delivery.
• Work on real marketing campaigns from briefing through to launch and optimisation.
• Build creative capability from ideation to content development.
• Learn how media strategies drive reach, engagement and growth.
• Use data and insights to improve performance and personalise customer experiences.
• Support major sponsorship programs, including customer activations and partnerships.
• Experiment with GenAI-powered tools to support content creation and problem-solving.
