Job summary

YMCA NSW in West Ryde, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team on a casual basis. You will lead engaging group fitness classes, create a safe and motivating environment, and support members to achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate holds a current Group Fitness certification, a Certificate III or IV in Fitness, and valid First Aid/CPR, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Current, recognised Group Fitness certification.
• Certificate III or IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Proven experience instructing group fitness classes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible casual hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering engaging group fitness classes to participants of varying fitness levels.
