Blue Mountains City Council is seeking an experienced Group Fitness Instructor to plan and rehearse classes, ensuring safe and enthusiastic delivery. The role offers a range of exercises tailored to different fitness levels and instructor credentials.

The successful candidate will hold Ausactive Registered Fitness Leader status, have specialised group fitness training (Les Mills, aqua aerobics, Cert III in fitness or equivalent), and possess a Resuscitation award plus a current Working with

Qualifications

• Ausactive Registered Fitness Leader certification required.
• Specialised group fitness program training such as Les Mills, aqua aerobics, Cert III in fitness, freestyle classes.
• Resuscitation award and Working with Children Check.

Responsabilités

• Plan and rehearse the group fitness class so the program can be safely and enthusiastically delivered.
• Provide a range of exercise options or levels to meet the needs of varying fitness levels within the class.

The Group Fitness Instructor will plan and rehearse the group fitness class as required so that the program can be safely and enthusiastically delivered. A range of exercise options or levels to meet the needs of varying fitness levels within the class will be provided.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $32.25 gross per hour
+ 12% superannuation
+ annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
+ annual award increase
