Job summary

AIA Australia is seeking Case Managers to join the Group Claims Team for IP and TPD, with roles based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will join an award-winning team that values experience and supports career momentum, empowering you to make a difference in every interaction.

Successful applicants will bring claims experience in life, workers compensation or health insurance, exceptional stakeholder management, and a customer-first mindset.

• Previous claims assessing experience in a Life, Workers Compensation and/or Health Insurance
• Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships
• Customer First Approach
