Job summary

Suzanne Grae in Queensland is seeking a Group Casual across Sussan Group brands to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and support stock and merchandising in a fast-paced retail setting.

This supervisory casual role involves opening/closing procedures, working independently, and participating in training and career progression.

Job description

As a Sussan Group Casual you’ll have the opportunity to work in store across all three brands including Sportsgirl and Sussan. You'll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.

As a Group Casual, your role involves:

• Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Assist in maintaining and replenishing stock while supporting visual merchandising and layout changes to ensure a visually appealing store.
• This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, working independently, and ensuring excellent customer service.
