Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking an experienced Group Account Director to lead key client partnerships and drive integrated media outcomes. This senior role requires bringing together strategy, data, analytics, trading and specialist teams to deliver smarter, insight-led solutions for clients.

You will lead senior client relationships, set strategy across key accounts, and coach client leadership teams while driving growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across media, marketing or communications.
• Senior client leadership experience at GBD, BD or GAD level.
• Strong knowledge of integrated and cross-channel media.
• Proven commercial acumen across scope, margin and forecasting.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with media research, planning and buying tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and position the agency as a trusted strategic partner.
• Set the strategic direction across key accounts.
• Bring together strategy, data, trading and performance teams.
• Turn data and insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention and account growth.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support commercial forecasting.
