Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking two experienced groundspersons for an ongoing grounds and maintenance assignment across multiple sites in NSW. This hands-on outdoor role focuses on keeping facilities and surrounding areas clean, safe, and well-presented.

You will perform general grounds upkeep, operate outdoor power equipment, and assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks. Day shifts start early, with a planned roster and immediate start available.

Qualifications

White Card required to work on site.
Current driver licence with reliable transport.
Able to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather.
Experience using mowers and whipper snippers.
Experience in grounds maintenance or outdoor labouring preferred.

Responsibilities

General grounds upkeep including mowing, mulching, and gardening.
Cleaning amenities and maintaining presentation standards.
Operating outdoor power equipment (e.g. lawn mowers, whipper snippers).
General ad hoc maintenance/labouring tasks as required.
