Programmed Maintenance Services – Rockhampton QLD is seeking a reliable Groundsperson / Site Cleaner to join QMAG at Parkhurst. The role combines grounds maintenance with general site cleaning to keep a safe, clean, and well-presented workplace.

You will mow lawns, whipper snip, maintain outdoor areas, clean offices and amenities, and support other grounds tasks as required. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, safety focus, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsperson / Site Cleaner to join our team working with QMAG at Parkhurst.

This is a hands‑on role combining grounds maintenance with general site cleaning and would suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and well‑presented workplace.

About the Role

Duties will include:

• Mowing lawns and maintaining grassed areas
• Whipper snipping and edging
• General garden and grounds maintenance
• Maintaining outdoor areas around the site
• Cleaning site offices
• Cleaning amenities and common areas
• General site cleaning duties
• Assisting with other grounds and cleaning tasks as required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
