Responsibilities

  • Undertake maintenance of golf course, gardens, and adjacent areas.
  • Perform turf maintenance, pest and disease control, including weed control.
  • Conduct tree pruning and removal of trees and shrubs.
  • Engage in litter pickup, mulching, pruning, weeding, and fertilising.
  • Liaise with Team Leader to sustain and improve service delivery.

  • Salary $60,495.24 to $70,156.32 p/a + super
  • 38 hours per week/9 day fortnight

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Groundsperson to join our team and help us keep our golf courses in excellent condition.

Reporting to the Team Leader – Gordon Golf Course, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertake maintenance of golf course, gardens and adjacent areas
  • Turf maintenance, pest and disease control including weed control
  • Tree pruning and removal of trees and shrubs
  • Litter pick up, mulching, pruning, weeding and fertilising
  • Liaising with Team Leader to sustain and improve service delivery

Qualifications, skills & experience:

  • Golf course experience
  • Current Class C driver's licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake)
  • WHS Construction Induction (White Card – or willingness to undertake)
  • Chemsmart/Smartrain (or willingness to undertake)
