Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful spaces? Do you have a keen eye for detail and love working outdoors?

We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Groundsman to join our team.

As one of our Groundsmen, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of the school, contributing to a welcoming and well-kept environment for everyone.

This position is permanent, full-time.

Selection Criteria

The ideal candidate will have

1. a Queensland Positive Notice Working with Children Blue Card, or have the ability to obtain, before commencing work
2. a Queensland Drivers Licence (P or Open)
3. a White Card
4. previous experience working in schools (preferred)
5. the ability to affirm the College’s Statement of Faith
6. the ability to comply with College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality.
7. the ability to work with all members of the College community.
8. a willingness to assist in College events after normal working hours (eg, Open night, family BBQ’s etc).
9. the right to work in Australia, without needing sponsorship.
