Direct Collective is seeking a conscientious Public Area Groundsperson/Maintenance for the Emerald Complex (30 apartments). The role runs Mon–Fri with flexible arrangements and a minimum of 20 hours weekly, requiring familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, painting and toolbox use.

The incumbent will upkeep all common areas, report issues promptly, and perform handyman tasks as needed. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented and physically fit, with a proactive approach to safety

Qualificações

• Candidates should be familiar with cleaning equipment, chemicals, paint brush and toolbox.
• Ability to work autonomously with good time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain driveways, walkways and common areas within the complex.
• Manage waste across the complex, including bin rotation and collection prep.
• Proactively report areas of concern to the Complex Manager.
• Perform general handyman tasks, including minor repairs and painting as directed.
• Assist with other duties per caretaking schedule and management needs.
