Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard in a full-time role. You will work as part of a team to manage lawns, beds and surrounding grounds with careful attention to plant health and presentation.

Responsibilities include pruning, mowing, weeding and operating various gardening tools. The role offers uniform and PPE, training opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening and grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of plant care and general garden maintenance.
• Pruning, hedging, weeding, mulching, and planting experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality garden and grounds maintenance across the site.
• Pruning, hedging and shaping plants, shrubs and garden beds.
• Weeding, mulching and maintaining garden beds to a high standard.
• Planting and caring for a variety of plants, trees and shrubs.
• Mowing and maintaining lawns and turf areas.
• Operating push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers and other gardening equipment.
• Applying fertilisers and carrying out general plant nutrition as required.
