Job summary

NRMA Batemans Bay Holiday Resort is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Attendant to join our team. Bring your positive attitude, practical skills and problem-solving abilities to keep our park, cabins and grounds looking their best.

This role requires weekend and public holiday flexibility, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and welcoming environment year-round. Experience in grounds work and a hands-on approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work.
• Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary.
• Experience with ride-on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal.
• Knowledge of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
• Ability to work unsupervised with a hands-on history.
• Hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
• Assist with minor maintenance repairs across caravan sites, cabins, amenities and facilities.
• Service pool, perform repairs and maintenance as required.
• Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.

NRMA Batemans Bay Beach Resort is seeking acasual Grounds & Maintenance Attendant tojoin our team.Bring your positive attitude and strong work ethic to our hardworking Grounds & Maintenance team. Your practical skills, eye for detail, and problem‑solving abilities will help keep our park, cabins and grounds looking their best.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, ensuring our guests continue to enjoy a safe and welcoming environment year‑round.

What you will do:

• Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds.
• Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.
• Servicing pool, repairs and maintenance as required
• Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks

What you will bring:

• Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus butnot necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder.
• Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
• Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history.
• Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.

Please note, this is a physically demanding role.
