Petbarn Morayfield is seeking a talented Pet Stylist transitioning to Grooming Salon Manager. You will clip and scissor across all breeds while training and developing a dedicated team, delivering outstanding grooming services and customer care.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• Advanced knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment and breed/coat types.
• Ability to provide consultations, quoting, bookings, invoicing, ordering and operational tasks.
• Ability to complete all aspects of operations management and team management.
• Must complete at least 6–8 grooming services per day.
• Strong customer service approach with excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clip and scissor across all breeds and train/develop a passionate team.
• Lead grooming operations and scheduling to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Provide grooming consultations and coordinate bookings and invoicing.
• Support broader grooming department through training and issuing feedback.
