Job summary

Builders Arms Hotel, part of Trader House, seeks a Chef to join its historic kitchen in Melbourne. You will cook across bistro and events, use fresh produce, and participate in training with a view to career progression.

Our kitchen produces everything from cheeseburgers and fish pie to whole fish dishes, with training across all sections and opportunities across the portfolio. A dynamic, creative team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hospitality kitchen.
• Ability to work across both bistro and events.
• Willingness to learn wood rotisserie cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes across the menu from staples to seasonal specials.
• Collaborate with a creative team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Support training and cross-training across kitchen sections.
