Job summary

Eureka Landscapes in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Greenskeeper/Turf Technician to maintain sports fields, parks, and large green spaces. You will join a practical crew that prides itself on healthy turf and safe, well-presented fields.

You’ll learn and operate irrigation systems, tractors, mowers, and sprayers, keep daily reports and chemical logs, and support turf installs. A White Card, manual driver's licence, and ACDC licence (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports turf or grounds maintenance.
• Cert III in Sports Turf Management or working towards it.
• White Card and Manual Driver’s Licence; ability to tow a trailer.
• ACDC Licence or willingness to obtain.
• Physically fit to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to troubleshoot irrigation or operate tractors.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, top-dressing, fertilising, and keeping turf in top nick.
• Running and fixing irrigation systems to keep turf lush.
• Operating turf gear and machinery – tractors, mowers, sprayers, etc.
• Spotting and treating weeds, pests, and turf diseases.

Love working outdoors and keeping things green and looking sharp?

We’re on the hunt for a Greenskeeper/Turf Technician to join our crew maintaining sports fields, parks, and other big green spaces across SEQ. You’ll be part of a solid team that takes pride in what we do — keeping every field safe, healthy, and looking its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

Mowing, trimming, top-dressing, fertilising, and keeping turf in top nick.

Running and fixing irrigation systems to make sure everything stays lush.

Operating turf gear and machinery – tractors, mowers, sprayers, the works.

Spotting and treating weeds, pests, and turf diseases.

Keeping up with daily reports and chemical logs (yeah, the paperwork too).

Helping out with new turf installs and general site maintenance.

You’ll be working with the Maintenance Managers, Foremen and other crew across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast — and you’ll have your own company vehicle to get the job done.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s practical, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

You’ll need:

• A good eye for turf health and presentation.
• Experience in sports turf, greenkeeping, or grounds maintenance.
• A Cert III in Sports Turf Management or Greenkeeping (or working towards it).
• Confidence using turf maintenance equipment and tools.
• White Card & Manual Driver’s Licence (and can tow a trailer).
• ACDC Licence (or willing to get one).
• Physically fit and ready to work outdoors in all weather.
• If you can troubleshoot irrigation or operate tractors — even better!
