Job summary

Complete Turf Management in Landsborough, QLD is seeking a full-time Greenkeeper - Groundsperson to maintain commercial turf surfaces across SEQ. The role requires an experienced, licensed operator who can work autonomously from day one across multiple sites.

You will manage turf care, operate tractors, quad bikes, mowers, sprayers, and other equipment, and uphold safety and environmental standards while supporting the team and delivering high-quality turf maintenance across SE Queensland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' hands-on experience as a Greenkeeper, Groundsperson, or in a similar turf/landscaping role, operating independently with minimal supervision
• Strong, proven knowledge of turf management practices
• Demonstrated ability to confidently operate and maintain the full range of turf equipment - tractors with implements, quad bikes, mowers, sprayers, scarifiers, aerators
• Current ACDC licence required (essential)
• A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Be prepared to work full-time hours, minimum 38 hour week
• Be prepared to work across numerous job sites throughout SE QLD
• Good communication skills to liaise with clients

Responsibilities

• All facets of turf care management including renovation techniques and spraying
• Independent use of plant and equipment - tractors with implements, quad bikes, mowers, sprayers, scarifiers, aerators
• Maintenance, repairs and servicing of machinery
• Cleaning/washing down of machinery
• Tidying up of workshop
• Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
