About the Role

Reporting to the Course Superintendent, you will be responsible for assisting with the presentation, maintenance, and development of the golf course. This hands-on role involves operating turf-care machinery, performing general grounds maintenance, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure the course is kept in top condition year-round.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation and basic maintenance of turf-care machinery and equipment
• Mowing, bunker maintenance, turf renovation, and irrigation duties
• Assisting with general grounds and facility upkeep
• Working as part of a team to meet course presentation goals
• Following workplace health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in greenkeeping, turf management, or grounds maintenance
• Ability to operate a wide range of turf equipment (mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
• Eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
