SIG Susquehanna is seeking a Trading Systems Developer to join the Options Technology team, driving the lifecycle of high‑performance trading systems. You will analyze, design and develop solutions in collaboration with traders, quants and technologists.

The role offers a Greenfield setup with APAC scaling, private healthcare and lunch allowances, plus education and donation programs. Based in Sydney or Hong Kong, you’ll influence execution in a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline.
• Working knowledge or strong interest in options, trading, risk, or quantitative systems development.
• Exceptional C# development skills with emphasis on design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading and performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop business-critical trading systems through the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with technologists, traders and quantitative analysts to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to production-ready software and ongoing system optimizations.
• Stay informed on market dynamics and risk factors affecting system design.
