Hysata Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking a technician to support the cell and stack assembly process. You will focus on preparing, assembling, and testing components needed for electrolyser stacks. The ideal candidate must perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain a safe lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical or vocational training in Mechanical or similar field is preferred.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electrochemical cells with attention to detail following established protocols.
• Prepare materials for cell and stack assembly, including substrates, electrodes, and membranes.
• Perform QC tests on raw materials, membranes, and electrodes using lab tools.
• Conduct chemical analysis and material sampling (density, viscosity, mass).
• Maintain and calibrate test and assembly equipment.
• Log and manage data to support process optimization.
