Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to deliver engaging visuals for print and digital channels across multiple projects. You will develop assets such as ads, brochures, flyers, and digital content while ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.

Working with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to marketing initiatives across platforms. A strong portfolio and Adobe skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of artwork preparation, print production processes, and colour management.
• Exposure to motion graphics and digital animation concepts.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
• Current Class C Driver's Licence and Valid Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of print and digital communication materials.
• Develop creative assets including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, publications, and digital content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timeframes.
• Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy in colour management and specifications.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the design and production process.
• Contribute creative concepts and visual solutions that enhance audience engagement.
• Ensure all materials meet organisational branding and quality standards.
• Support the delivery of communication and marketing initiatives across various platforms.
