seek.com.au is seeking a Graphic Designer & E-commerce Coordinator in Geelong, Victoria, to join our growing Australian online brand. The role combines design, customer interaction, product imagery management and website content development.

You will create artwork for personalised signage, prepare print-ready files, and assist with online orders while exploring AI-enabled design tools to enhance productivity and digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Strong typography, colour and layout understanding.
Ability to interpret customer briefs and translate ideas into finished designs.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and social media.
Curiosity about AI and emerging creative technologies.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to interpret design briefs and create artwork for personalised signage and display products
Create, adapt and check customer artwork
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production
Guide customers through the artwork, proofing and ordering process
Manage and update product imagery, graphics and website content
Work alongside our social media content creator to develop graphics and creative assets
Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across our website, social channels and customer communications
Support the development and launch of new products
Explore AI and emerging creative tools to assist with design, image creation, content development and e-commerce workflows
