We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer and Printer to join our team in Gladstone, Queensland. This is a full-time position that combines creative design expertise with practical printing production skills. What you'll be doing

• Designing graphics, layouts and visual content for print and digital materials using industry-standard software
• Consulting with clients to understand their design requirements, brand guidelines and project objectives
• Preparing files for print production, ensuring all specifications and technical requirements are met
• Operating printing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality printed materials
• Managing colour accuracy, print quality and finishing processes to maintain professional standards
• Troubleshooting printing issues and making adjustments to achieve optimal results
• Coordinating with clients throughout the design and production process to ensure satisfaction
• Staying current with design trends, printing technologies and industry best practices
• Maintaining equipment and workspace cleanliness and organisation

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and creativity
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Practical experience operating printing equipment and understanding print production processes
