Job summary

The Greenridge Group in Toowoomba invites a skilled Graphic Design professional to join our head office team. The role focuses on turning concepts into print‑ready artwork, proofs for client approvals, and production‑ready files.

Ideal candidates will have formal graphic design qualifications, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and a keen eye for detail, colour management, and efficient digital workflows across print and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in graphic design essential or equivalent experience.
• Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google programs.
• Understanding of file formats, prepress, colour management and digital workflows including digital, 4 colour process and spot colour print processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare proofs and artwork from initial concept to completion, containing detailed information for client’s approvals and production purposes.
• Create print ready files for production.
• Retouch, resize and upload imagery.
• Create and develop internal marketing collateral

Job description

The Greenridge Group is seeking a well-rounded individualto join our Graphic Design Team in our Head Office in Toowoomba. The Greenridge Group is a privately run and well respected print and communication house with offices in Brisbane and Toowoomba. We work closely with our clients to provide a complete print, mail distribution and fulfilment service. Other servicesincludedigital communications, promotional and transactional mail as well as SMS and email communication services.

We are seeking the services of an experienced operator in an "all-rounder" roll. As a quality and environmentally certified organisation we require the successful candidate to have a can do attitude coupled with a keen eye for detail with the following skills and responsibilities.

Create and prepare proofs and artwork from initial concept to completion, containing detailed information for client’s approvals and production purposes.

Create print ready files for production.

Retouch, resize and upload imagery.

Create and develop internal marketing collateral

Your skills and experience:

Qualifications in graphic design essential or equivalent experience.

Intimate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.Particularly Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google programs.
