Job summary

Sharon AI is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Sydney team and help shape and elevate our visual identity. The role operates within a hybrid model, allowing flexibility between our Sydney office and working from home.

You’ll collaborate with GTM, Product, HR and Leadership to translate complex AI concepts into engaging visuals that strengthen the Sharon AI brand. You’ll develop presentations, marketing assets and product visuals while maintaining brand consistency across digital

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in graphic design and content creation.
• A relevant degree in design, graphic arts or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and PowerPoint.

Sharon AI is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of artificial intelligence. Operating across high-performance GPU compute and AI infrastructure, we are focused on delivering reliable, scalable and secure solutions that support advanced AI workloads.

As Sharon AI continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Sydney team and help shape and elevate our visual identity. The role operates within our hybrid working model, offering flexibility between our Sydney office and working from home. Reporting initially to the Chief Marketing Officer and, in time, the VP of Marketing, you’ll work across a wide range of creative projects spanning marketing, sales, HR and internal and external communications. This is a hands‑on opportunity to bring complex ideas to life through clear, compelling and high‑impact visual communication. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across GTM, Product, HR and Leadership, translating messaging and technical concepts into engaging visual assets that strengthen the Sharon AI brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop high‑quality presentations, pitch decks, one‑pagers, internal communications, customer‑facing assets, investor materials and sales collateral
• Design marketing and brand assets across social media, email, advertising, web and product marketing
• Create visuals for campaigns, product launches and ongoing brand storytelling
• Develop graphics, infographics, diagrams and other visual assets that simplify complex information
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and candidate‑facing communications
• Contribute to landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchy
• Refine and modernise visual assets across our website, social media and broader brand presence
• Maintain and consistently apply Sharon AI's brand system across all touchpoints
• Work across both digital and print mediums, including branded merchandise and physical collateral
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, incorporating feedback while confidently advocating for strong design and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years' experience in graphic design and content creation
• A relevant degree in design, graphic arts or a related field
• Strong proficiency across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva and PowerPoint
• Excellent fundamentals across typography, layout, colour, hierarchy and composition
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste, attention to detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling graphics
• Experience working across brand, marketing, product visuals or visual storytelling
• Experience partnering with communications, marketing, leadership and/or technical teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain the thinking behind your creative work
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on brand consistency
• Experience across both digital and print mediums

Experience working with print vendors, merchandise production or event fabrication partners will be highly regarded. Skills across motion graphics, video editing, illustration, photography, web design or AI-assisted creative workflows would also be a plus.
