Job summary

Sussan Group is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to coordinate the production and design of advertising for print and digital media. You’ll partner with agencies and stakeholders, delivering internal design projects and input across brand graphics and documents. Based at our Cremorne Head Office, reporting to Marketing.

You’ll drive digital design direction, produce campaign assets, and collaborate with buyers to develop labelling briefs and approvals.

Qualifications

• Graphic design qualification or similar.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong software skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and MS Office.
• Exposure to retail graphic design is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist on production of all campaigns.
• Liaise on creative concepts and produce all artwork with the creative agency for monthly campaigns.
• Work closely with buyers to develop briefs and approvals for labelling.
• Set the Digital Graphic Design direction in line with brand campaign guidelines.
• Execute all digital creative and assets for owned and paid digital marketing channels.
• Produce graphics as required including flyers, digital press releases, invitations, instore signage, etc.

Our full time Graphic Designer will coordinate the production and design of advertising for print and digital media for our brand. Partnering with key agencies and stakeholders, you will complete various internal design projects and provide input into all internally produced graphics and documents.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager and based on our Cremorne Head Office, your days will be fast paced and varied.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist on production of all campaigns
• Liaise on creative concepts and produce all artwork in conjunction with creative agency for monthly campaigns
• Work closely with buyers to develop briefs and relevant approvals for labelling
• Set the Digital Graphic Design direction in line with brand campaign guidelines
• Execute all digital creative and assets for owned & paid digital marketing channels
• Produce graphics as required including flyers, digital press releases, invitations, instore signage etc

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Relevant Graphic Design qualification or similar
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Advanced experience with Design programmes – Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and MS Office package
• Understanding and previous exposure of graphic design within a retail environment ideal
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relationship building capabilities
