Base pay range

A$65,000.00/yr – A$70,000.00/yr

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to create visually compelling content across all marketing channels—digital and print. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves collaborating on creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphic content for marketing media across digital (web, EDMs, online ads, lookbooks) and print (POS, packaging, catalogues).
• Develop product packaging from concept to finished artwork for bedlinen, fragrance, laundry care, and small goods.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Marketing and Studio teams to deliver seasonal campaigns and in‑store collateral.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and apply strong design principles (colour, typography, photography).<
• Take projects from initial concept through to finished artwork.
• Submit creative deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong concept development and finished art skills for both print and digital.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and campaign strategy.
