Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety, in Victoria's Emergency Management Victoria, is seeking a Grants Officer to support the Strategy and Policy Division in a fixed term, full-time capacity. VPS grade 4 salary range is $100,894 - $114,476 plus superannuation.

Reporting to the Senior Grants Officer, you will help coordinate grant rounds, prepare briefs and assessment docs, and manage contract payments, while working with finance systems like Oracle Financials.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Financials and / or web-based systems.
• Experience working within purchasing and finance requirements.
• Experience in project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of grant program funding rounds, including the review and assessment processes for grant applications.
• Support the preparation of briefs, presentations and assessment documentation to support the approval and contract management of grant applications.
• Monitor and maintain systems to support contract management and payments of grant projects.
