Job summary

GrainCorp in Euabalong West invites applications for a Site Manager to lead our grain storage and distribution facility. You will guide a team of Grain Handlers to ensure safe, efficient receival, storage and outload of commodities, with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, supporting and developing workgroups / individuals.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.
• Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Current unrestricted driver licence and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team; coach and support development of team members.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local community.
• Coordinate and prepare for area maintenance and pest control teams to deliver required services.
• Identify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards.
• Manage programmes and initiatives related to safety ('zero harm' culture) and risk management.
