Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance Grafana dashboards to support operational and business intelligence reporting across multiple portfolios.
• Build and configure dashboards using Denodo-managed datasets, ensuring adherence to the approved data architecture without direct source system connectivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into intuitive visualizations, including dashboards, charts, panels, and automated alerts.
• Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and user experience to deliver effective operational insights.
• Establish and maintain dashboard standards, reusable templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across reporting solutions.
• Configure and manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with organizational security and governance policies.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business teams to validate KPIs, metrics, calculations, and reporting outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve dashboard-related issues, visualization discrepancies, and performance concerns.
• Develop and maintain alerting, notification, and monitoring capabilities to support critical operational reporting requirements.
• Validate dashboard functionality across different operational scenarios and data conditions to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation covering dashboard architecture, data sources, configurations, deployment processes, and support procedures.
