Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Finance with Accounting major, by end of 2026.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations of accountant’s reports for ASX/NSX listings and UK AIM.
• Provide advice on buy/sell side transactions across industries and markets.
• Support working capital and net debt negotiations with vendors and clients.
• Contribute to due diligence reports for strategic and financial buyers.
• Assist with SPA advisory, locked box and completion accounts.
• Support lead advisory engagements, information memorandums and data room management.
